Return and Cancelation Policy

The Return and Exchange policy of MiMi Sandalwood is planned with the sense of a requirement of the general people. No hidden terms and conditions apply to our policy. Everything is sharply informed on the website.

According to this policy, if you want to return or exchange any item purchased from MiMi Sandalwood, then you must take action within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Keep in mind that we always take the product picture before delivery.

After this time it is not possible to return your goods. If your purchasing goods are not the accurate size, or weight or the item is defective, you can take our exchange policy. In that case, the new item will be delivered to your hand free of cost, it depends on the availability of the item in our stock.

Within 48 hours have to inform us via email or WhatsApp with a product photo.

After checking it we will return money or another product to the claimed customer within 7 days.

N.B.:

On the base of the terms and conditions, if any product is canceled or refunded, we will give the full money back. Customers have to back the product by themselves.
